Return Policy

 At Imagine That Boutique, we take great pride in our reputation for superior quality, excellent value, and attentive service. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple rules for an easy exchange or return:

 Please note:      Purchases of special orders and sale items are final.

 Returns:

 1.                   If you would like to return or exchange a new/unused item purchased online,   Imagine That Boutique must be notified within 7 days of the original ship date.

 2.                   Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to Imagine That Boutique without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact cheryle@imaginethatboutique.com or call 610-236-0699.

 3.                   When you contact Imagine That Boutique about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number which is to be placed on the outside of the original shipping box. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.

 4.                   Ship items to the following address:

 5.                   To complete your return or receive credit for your exchange, items must arrive at Imagine That Boutique within 10 days of the date your Return Authorization Number was issued.

 6.                   Upon receipt of your items, Imagine That Boutique will promptly ship Replacement item(s) or provide a complete refund (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your original invoice.

 7.                   Again, please note, that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume Responsibility for all return shipping fees.
