At Imagine That Boutique, we take great pride in our reputation for superior quality, excellent value, and attentive service. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple rules for an easy exchange or store credit:
Please note: Purchases of special orders and sale items are final.
Returns:
1. If you would like to return or exchange a new/unused item purchased online, Imagine That Boutique must be notified within 7 days of the original ship date. Return item(s) may be exchanged for another item or a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount minus any shipping and handling fees. No cash or credit card refunds are permitted.
2. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any return sent to Imagine That Boutique without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact cheryle@imaginethatboutique.com.
3. When you contact Imagine That Boutique about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number which is to be placed on the outside of the original shipping box and the mailing address to Imagine That Boutique Offices. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.
4. To complete your return for an exchange or store credit , items must arrive at Imagine That Boutique within 10 days of the date your Return Authorization Number was issued.
6. Upon receipt of your item (s), Imagine That Boutique will promptly ship Replacement item(s) or provide a store credit (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount on your original invoice.
7. Again, please note, that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume Responsibility for all return shipping fees.
